Dan Fram Terms of Use

Version of 8 November 2026. You must accept these terms before your first DAN deposit.

This is a translation of the Thai terms. If the two differ, the Thai version applies.

1. What this game is

Dan Fram is a farm game played with a crypto wallet on Danny chain. Your farm and in-game balances belong to your wallet address.

2. Farm coins and DAN

• Farm coins can only be used in the game and have no value outside it.
• DAN is the coin of Danny chain. It is deposited into the game through the game’s Vault contract.
• Farm coins can be exchanged for DAN at the rate and on the conditions shown on the bank page.
• Starting coins, and coins bought with DAN, cannot be exchanged back into DAN.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

• Fees, minimum amounts, daily limits and the wait before the first withdrawal are as shown on the bank page.
• A withdrawal voucher expires. If it is not claimed in time, the amount returns to your game balance.
• The Vault has a payout cap per round. Sometimes you may have to wait for a new round to withdraw.
• Players pay their own gas fees on the chain.
• DAN sent straight to the contract, not through the game’s Deposit button, is refused by the contract.

4. Rule changes

• The main money rules are kept on the chain, where anyone can check them. A change must be announced at least 24 hours ahead.
• Except for correcting a value set by mistake, which takes effect at once and is recorded on the chain as not announced ahead.
• Other values in the game, such as selling prices and growing times, may be adjusted by the team.

5. Pauses

• The team may pause the game or the Vault in an emergency, or when the game’s balances do not match the chain.
• While paused, you cannot deposit or withdraw, but your game balance stays in full.
• For the team to take funds out of the Vault, it must announce it 3 days ahead, while the Vault is open.

6. Risks

• The price of DAN can go up and down.
• Smart contracts, the chain and the servers can fail.
• This game is not an investment, guarantees no returns, and is not financial advice.
• Only play with money you can afford to lose.

7. Wallets and safety

• You look after your own wallet and keys. The team will never ask for your keys or your seed phrase.
• Signing in to the game costs no gas and does not let anyone spend the money in your wallet.

8. Not allowed

• No bots or playing aids, no multiple accounts to farm rewards, and no use of the game’s loopholes.
• The team may suspend accounts and adjust balances gained wrongfully.
• If you find a loophole, report it with the Report a problem button in the game.

9. Data we keep

• The game keeps your wallet address, in-game history, IP address and a device code, to prevent cheating.
• Data on the chain is public.

10. Age and law

• Players must be of legal age.
• Players are responsible for taxes and the law where they live.

11. Changes to these terms

The team will announce changes to these terms in the game. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
